Well not so long ago when Windows 7 was still in development I ported a theme from Vista to 7, bubito’s skull theme, and now i have given it a fresh make over restyling all of the previous features other than the recognisable start button.

I hope you guys like this revision and please download it

This package includes both x86 and x64 versions of explorer with the start menu included aswell as the core .
